About the Opportunity

Mergen Partners Private Limited, a leading recruitment firm, is seeking an exceptional talent for a client at the forefront of treasury innovation. This global enterprise is transforming its financial operations with advanced cloud-based solutions and requires a Kyriba Implementation Consultant to spearhead the deployment and optimization of the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS).

Role Synopsis

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation of Kyriba TMS modules, including Payments, Core Banking, and Cash Forecasting. This role encompasses solution configuration, integration of Straight-through Processing (STP), and SWIFT/H2H interfaces, ensuring a cohesive, data-driven treasury ecosystem. As the in-house Kyriba authority, you will influence process automation, enhance system architecture, and deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Leadership:

  • Direct Kyriba TMS deployment, emphasizing seamless integration of treasury functions, centralized cash management, and MT940 reconciliation workflows.

System Optimization:

  • Refine configurations to align with strategic treasury objectives, conduct UAT/SIT cycles, and deploy feature enhancements for operational scalability.

Treasury Advisory:

  • Provide consultative insights on cash forecasting, payment authorization, FX management, and settlement strategies.

Training & Support:

  • Develop end-user training frameworks and resolve complex technical and functional challenges.

Project Governance:

  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaborations, ensuring timely deliverables and aligning solutions with stakeholder expectations.

Essential Expertise

Technical Proficiency:

  • Demonstrated mastery in Kyriba TMS module configuration, integration protocols, and STP technologies (e.g., SWIFT, H2H).

Treasury Domain Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank reconciliation, and netting frameworks.

Analytical Acumen:

  • Skilled in diagnosing system inefficiencies and deploying strategic enhancements.

Project Execution:

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations with effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related discipline; consulting experience preferred.
