Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to oversee the design, development and deployment of our applications.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other tools.
  • Maintaining containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.
  • Monitoring system performance, availability, and security using appropriate logging and monitoring tools.
  • Writing efficient Shell scripts and contributing to automation of routine DevOps tasks.
  • Maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Troubleshooting issues across dev, staging, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, shell scripting.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins, and setting up and managing pipelines.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Solid understanding and experience in shell scripting (Bash, etc.).
  • Knowledge of source control tools such as Git.
Requirements
  • Must have skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes, shell scripting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience required.
  • 15 years full time education required.
