The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in quality assurance engineering, with a strong background in manual and automation testing. They will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of major software products, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

A successful candidate will be able to translate business goals into actionable software solutions, and will have a passion for creating great customer experiences. They will work on a wide variety of technologies, from front-end UI to back-end distributed web services, and will own the quality of major deliverables end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and suites to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Collaborate with Software Development Engineers and Business Owners to understand technical implementation of features
  • Work with Product Management, User Interaction, and Customer Support teams to develop test plans and drive the software development process towards quality-focused methodologies
  • Lead medium to large-sized projects as QA lead, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
  • Experience in manual testing
  • Experience in automation testing
  • Experience scripting or coding
  • Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
  • Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
