Job Title: EHS Specialist

Summary:

  • Configure and customize Enablon software to improve operational efficiency.
  • Implement enhancements, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Develop reports and queries for enhanced security compliance.
  • Support internal and external reporting of EHS performance data.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through streamlined incident reporting and root cause analysis.
  • Manage risk and non-cost process management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and customize Enablon software using the Enablon Builder Toolset.
  2. Maintain and implement improvements, adding robustness, scalability, and managing integration errors.
  3. Develop reports and queries, ensuring security compliance.
  4. Support internal and external reporting of EHS performance and sustainability data and greenhouse gas emissions.
  5. Ensure regulatory compliance, streamline incident reporting, root cause analysis, audits & inspections, and safeguard employee and operational safety.
  6. Manage non-cost process management (Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, Risk).

Requirements:

  • Enablon Builder (or above) Certification is required.
  • Strong expertise in building and enhancing Enablon solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
