Automation Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive specialist to design, build, and optimize automation systems.

About the Role

This individual will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing automation systems, contributing to efficiency and productivity improvement initiatives.

  • Understand project requirements and select appropriate machine elements
  • Design and integrate panel elements and electrical hardware
  • Create and interpret wiring diagrams and oversee panel building
  • Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI interfaces
  • Drive improvements in system performance and reliability
  • Lead process optimization projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation
Qualification & Experience

We require:

  • Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
  • 4 to 5 years in automation, electrical design, and PLC/HMI programming
Preferred Candidate Profile

We prefer candidates with:

  • Strong understanding of industrial automation and electrical systems
  • Proficient in PLC programming (any major platform) and HMI design
  • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing automated systems
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Willingness to work full-time from our Thrissur office
