Job Overview

We are seeking a talented High-Performance Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable microservices that power our digital communication platform.

About the Role

You will work with modern cloud infrastructure, robust data systems, and cutting-edge programming languages to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions with clean architecture.

  • Design and develop backend systems and RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
  • Review code, mentor peers, and uphold quality standards.
  • Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Work with DevOps to ensure smooth AWS deployments.
  • Stay current with backend and cloud technology trends.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–8 years' backend development experience with microservices architecture.
  • Strong skills in Java and/or Golang (a plus).
  • Solid experience with Postgres, MongoDB, Redis.
  • Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong SQL/NoSQL query skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
