Key Geotechnical Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead advanced Port and Marine structure design, including Finite Element Method (FEM) analyses using Plaxis 2D/3D.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-impact solutions across various infrastructure domains.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute advanced Port and Marine structure designs, incorporating FEM analyses using Plaxis 2D/3D software.
  • Create and apply constitutive soil models for accurate ground behavior simulation.
  • Integrate ground characterization data into modeling workflows.
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering with a focus on Port and Marine structures.
  • Proven expertise in Plaxis 2D and 3D software.
  • Strong understanding of constitutive laws and soil-structure interaction.
  • Broad experience in modeling various geotechnical structures.
  • Solid knowledge of ground investigation and characterization techniques.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
