Software Engineer – System Development and Integration Specialist

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team as a system development and integration specialist. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
  • Additionally, you will provide system administration support of customized Salesforce applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and best practices, including analyzing and optimizing Salesforce-related platform design and setup.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Platform and 1-2+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture and its limitations.
  • Experience with Salesforce best practices for system development and integration.
  • Strong background in database design and system architecture.
  • Experience doing major transformations from Classic to Lightning.
  • 5+ years of experience developing on Full-stack platforms.
  • Experience working with intermediate to advanced queries using SOQL & SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including application programming interfaces (API) and bulk data uploads.
  • Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Copado, Git (Code Commit), and DevOps in a Salesforce environment.
  • Experience in Lightning Design System with Visualforce pages, Lightning Component framework, and other necessary UI technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and experience with Salesforce CPQ / Billing is a plus.
  • Experience with CPQ objects used in quote-to-order processes with in-depth knowledge in Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates is an added advantage.
  • Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer-I, SF CPQ Specialist, and Javascript Developer-I certificates are preferred.
