Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability, safety, and compliance of space-grade components and systems across design, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing phases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop quality plans, procedures, and standards to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews to embed quality requirements and ensure effective implementation.
  • Conduct audits and process evaluations across vendors and internal teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure traceability and configuration control of components and documentation to maintain accuracy and transparency.
  • Support risk management and failure mode analysis to mitigate potential risks.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection and testing of incoming components, in-process assemblies, and final products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor and verify compliance with ATPs, PID, and DTRs to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinate environmental testing and review results to ensure accurate assessment.
  • Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain calibration and certification records of test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in aerospace or space systems.
  • Familiarity with standards like ECSS, ISRO-PAS, MIL-STD-883, IPC-A-610.
  • Hands-on experience with inspection tools, test benches, and environmental chambers.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
