Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team in Mysuru, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnosing network issues to ensure high availability and quick restoration of global network services.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing technologies and CCNA/CCNP certification. They should also possess excellent communication skills, a positive proactive attitude, and the ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7x365).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues on a 24x7x365 basis
  • Ensure global network availability and uptime
  • Coordinate with global service providers for issue resolution
  • Maintain and update network documentation
  • Adhere to escalation procedures and SLAs

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
  • 6–7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing technologies
  • CCNA / CCNP certification
  • Basic knowledge of Switching & Firewalls
