Digital Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and delivery of digital products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the development of digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for digital business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Exercise independent judgment to guide medium-risk deliverables and make sound decisions that align with our company's risk appetite.
- Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop expertise in digital initiatives, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
- 2+ years of experience in digital product management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a related field.
- Experience in financial services, preferably commercial or corporate banking.
- Ability to manage large-scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage process discovery, process modeling, and process improvement activities.
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.
