Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their business processes and provide recommendations for NetSuite configuration and customization.
  • Lead or assist in the implementation of NetSuite solutions, including system setup, data migration, and integration with other systems.
  • Configure NetSuite to meet client-specific needs, including administration, creating custom fields, records, and workflows.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, and ensure the system runs smoothly.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and client interactions.
  • Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • NetSuite Certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP, including implementation and customization.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript for scripting and SuiteFlow for workflow customization.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
