Compliance Officer Role

A reputable organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the Compliance Management position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular process reviews and identify gaps in risk and compliance controls
  • Analyze and interpret relevant RBI regulations, circulars, and guidelines for applicability
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining compliance-related documentation and internal policies
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure understanding and implementation of regulatory requirements
  • Lead risk-based internal audits to evaluate control effectiveness and risk exposure across functions
  • Monitor and track remediation actions to ensure audit issues are resolved promptly
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and regulatory audits

Key Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of process review, risk, and compliance requirements in finance companies
  • Able learner with a proactive approach to regulatory changes
  • Familiarity with RBI regulations for NBFC or banking Industry could be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with compliance monitoring tools and Excel-based reporting
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Requirements:

  • CA-Inter or CS/CS-Inter qualification

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience post qualification

Work Arrangement:

  • Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays
