Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our interior design sales efforts. As an Interior Design Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting sales meetings and closures with residential and commercial clients
  • Developing space plans, architecture, and construction drawings that meet client needs
  • Curating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections that align with client preferences

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members

Key Skills:

As an Interior Design Sales Lead, you will possess:
  • Proficiency in space planning and architecture
  • Expertise in construction drawings
  • Knowledge of interior design principles and FF&E selection
