3D Facade Visualizer Position

This position involves utilizing advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software to create visually stunning and accurate 3D models of façade systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles as well as the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed 3D facade models using SketchUp software.
  • Interpret architectural and shop drawings to build precise 3D facade components.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate representation of project requirements.
  • Assist in preparing exploded views, conceptual facade visuals, and component-level visuals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CAD modeling, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of basic construction elements like curtain walls, ACP panels, glass fittings, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Eye for detail and proportion in visual output.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to interact with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine for rendering or interactive walkthroughs.
