We are seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our team at Propshop Real Estate Consultant. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and maximize performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute sales campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in real estate sales, with some team management experience preferred.
- Industry Background: Candidates must have experience in the real estate sector.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
