Immersive 3D Experience Specialist

AjnaLens is seeking a skilled specialist to craft high-quality environments, props, and characters for mobile, PC, VR, and MR simulations/games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create immersive 3D environments, props, and characters for VR/MR simulations and games.
  • Develop realistic or stylized character animation using rigging, skinning, and motion capture techniques.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate assets seamlessly into Unity and Unreal Engine.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience as a 3D artist in mobile, PC, VR, or MR game/simulation projects.
  • Proven track record of contributing to at least one shipped project.
  • Proficiency in Blender (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation).
  • Strong understanding of environment and object creation principles.
  • Good knowledge of character modeling and animation pipelines.
  • Ability to optimize assets for immersive hardware (LOD, texture compression, light baking).
  • Familiarity with Unity and/or Unreal Engine integration.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Substance Painter/Designer (PBR workflows).
  • Expertise in sculpting (Blender Sculpt / ZBrush).
  • Knowledge of VFX and particle systems.
  • Hands-on understanding of VR/MR optimization techniques (occlusion culling, batching, GPU/CPU balance).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git/Perforce).

High-quality 3D assets and characters that form the foundation of AjnaLens's VR/MR simulations and games. Your creations will directly impact how people train, learn, and interact in futuristic digital worlds.
