Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance applications using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot).">
  • Configure and extend low-code/no-code platforms to meet complex business requirements.">
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database designs.">
  • Integrate applications with APIs, services, and third-party systems.">
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate insurance requirements into technical solutions.">
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.">
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.">
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting best practices and exploring new low-code tools.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Java (Java SE/EE, Spring/Spring Boot).">
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Intrexx, m-Power, GeneXus, RESTHeart, or similar).">
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).">
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, and APIs.">
  • Familiarity with the insurance domain, especially commercial insurance.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams.">
