Software Engineering Specialist

Application developers are tasked with creating, modifying and maintaining software programs to meet the business needs of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and develop solutions that align with them.
  • Test and troubleshoot applications to ensure they perform optimally and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Contribute to resolving technical issues and document application processes for knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with peers on code reviews to maintain quality and adherence to industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Ab Initio programming language is mandatory.
  • Previous experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL query languages.
  • Experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications.
Additional Information:

The ideal candidate should possess at least three years of hands-on experience working with Ab Initio. A 15-year minimum full-time educational background is required.
