IT Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital IT Specialist to provide part-time support for our digital operations. As a proactive professional, you will work remotely to solve technical issues, improve systems, and manage digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical assistance for IT-related problems, file sharing, and troubleshooting.
  • Offer expert advice on IT, data storage, payroll software, and email organization.
  • Streamline email management, cloud storage, data organization, and software license tracking.
  • Ensure data security through antivirus and safe IT practices.
  • Maintain and update our company website using the Wix platform.
  • Develop and maintain an Excel-based career tracking sheet and organize resumes received via the website.
  • Maintain and update our company profile with latest news and project content.
  • Review and implement OneDrive file organization across the team; perform monthly staff OneDrive checks and submit weekly reports.
  • Publish quarterly project content on our website.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support, cloud storage, and website management.
  • Familiarity with Wix, Office 365, OneDrive, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of general cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
  • Tamil-speaking.
