We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. React Developer to join our team at Datastack Technologies.

About the Role

  • This position involves leading the front-end development of our applications using React.js, ensuring that all code is clean, maintainable, and efficient.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design principles.
  • They should also be proficient in state management patterns and solutions (Redux, MobX, Context API) and have experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn) is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop new user-facing features and optimize existing ones using React.js.
  2. Design and implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  3. Implement state management solutions using Redux, MobX, or Context API, ensuring application data flows effectively.
  4. Integrate front-end applications with back-end services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
  5. Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  6. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the React development team.
  7. Define and enforce best practices for front-end development, including coding standards, code reviews, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior React Developer or in a similar role, with a strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem.
  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design principles.
  • Solid understanding of state management patterns and solutions (Redux, MobX, Context API).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Salary: ₹1500000 per annum
