Advanced GenAI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to design, fine-tune and deploy advanced AI models. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in generative technologies such as LLMs, diffusion models and transformers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop innovative applications using foundation models like GPT, LLaMA and Claude.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into user-facing solutions.
- Evaluate model performance, safety and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct experiments in prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and apply emerging techniques to production use cases.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning or AI development.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks.
- Understanding of NLP, deep learning and transformer architectures.
- Experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation and prompt optimization.
- Familiarity with version control and collaborative development tools.
