Sales Growth Manager

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a results-driven Sales Growth Manager with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in real estate, along with strong leadership and strategic sales skills.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to design and execute sales campaigns.
**Key Requirements:** Experience: Minimum 4+ years in real estate sales, industry background in real estate sector, education: graduate/postgraduate in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field, skills: strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, track record: proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
