**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize performance.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  4. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
  6. Coordinate with marketing teams to design and execute sales campaigns.

**Key Requirements:** Experience: Minimum 4+ years in real estate sales, industry background in real estate sector, education: graduate/postgraduate in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field, skills: strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, track record: proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
