Job Description

The Operations Management team plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and growth through data-driven insights.

Purpose of the Role

This position will be responsible for executing the Operational Excellence Program, working closely with leadership teams to envision, strategize, and execute key priorities, drive projects, and deliver on strategic plans using a data-driven approach.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

Operational Excellence Governance:

  • Analyze performance trends, identify potential risks, and present them to the leadership team.
  • Develop ideas to implement operational excellence initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the framework and monitor progress.

Project Management:

  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities in operations processes and implement solutions using project management methodologies.
  • Drive the adoption and execution of tailored project management methodologies.
  • Train and mentor teams in project management methodologies.

Operations Routines:

  • Drive various operations routines such as shared communication meetings, battle of towers, and stakeholder visits.
  • Challenge the status quo to improve efficiency and effectiveness of these routines.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for data coordination and own data quality for these routines.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in continuous improvements through internal audits, benchmarking analysis, and NPS initiatives.
  • Display a growth mindset to uncover opportunities amidst bottlenecks.
