We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to spearhead our fintech product development. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in backend and frontend technologies, solid experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, and the ability to guide development and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant applications.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected individual will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of full stack fintech applications using Django, FastAPI, and ReactJS. They will also be expected to architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including serverless functions (Lambda, API Gateway) and containerized applications (EKS, Docker).

Key Skills & Technologies:

  • Backend: Python, Django, Django REST Framework, FastAPI
  • Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis
  • Cloud & DevOps:
    • AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, IAM)
    • Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm)
    • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and deployment automation
    • LINUX administration and shell scripting
    • Monitoring & logging (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
    • Security best practices: IAM roles, encryption, compliance
    • Disaster Recovery & cost optimization
Requirements:

The successful candidate must have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development with strong Python backend skills
  • Proven expertise with Django and REST API development
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ReactJS frontend development
  • Solid experience managing relational databases and caching systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis)
  • Strong AWS experience especially with S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and EKS, RDS,
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Must be able to write clean, secure, and scalable code
  • Knowledge of cloud monitoring, logging, and security best practices
  • Comfortable working on LINUX-based systems and debugging server issues
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
