About the Role:

We seek a seasoned web developer to join our fast-paced development team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced front-end developer with a solid track record of delivering high-quality websites. They will work closely with our back-end teams, SEO, and content specialists to ensure that our website is optimized for performance and user experience.

The Development Team is responsible for maintaining and improving our CMS system. This system powers our client's websites, which receive millions of visits each week.

In this role, you will collaborate with our agile development team to design, develop, and deploy innovative web applications using modern front-end technologies. You will also contribute to the improvement of our codebase, suggesting areas for optimization and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing efficient and scalable front-end features using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Collaborating with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services
  • Optimizing website performance using caching systems and other techniques
  • Maintaining and updating existing front-end components and libraries
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of our codebase

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working as a senior front-end developer with expertise in JavaScript and front-end frameworks
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations and integration with third-party services
  • A solid understanding of Java, AEM's architecture, JCR, Sling, OSGi, Services, Components, Dispatcher, caching systems, and ability to integrate AEM with third-party services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centricity and ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
