Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to spearhead our visual communications. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva. Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics is also highly desirable. Experience in luxury branding or the jewellery industry will be given preference.

 

This role entails creating visually stunning graphics for various digital and print mediums. You will be responsible for designing logos, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, pitch decks, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and web & UI/UX support. Additionally, you will conceptualize ideas, ensure consistency and innovation, and translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with our brand strategy.

 

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency background preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma / Canva / CorelDraw (as added advantage)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, independent, and accountable
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience (open to exceptional freshers with strong portfolios)
  • Exposure to luxury, jewellery, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
