Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical expertise on operational analytics solutions for networks, applications & security workflows;
  • Collaborate closely with customers to integrate our product and meet their unique requirements;
  • Deploy our solution at customers, understanding their data, workflow & analytics needs;
  • Ensure seamless customer adoption, providing comprehensive support and enablement;
  • Work closely with sales teams and partners for pre-sales activities;
  • Develop and execute plans for proof-of-concept (POC) and lead deployments to successful completion;
  • Contribute to product enhancements through customer feedback and reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering;
  • Proficiency in coding with Python, with experience in public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure;
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CloudFormation Templates;
  • Strong skills in designing SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis using Jupyter notebook;
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills, both written and verbal;
  • Experience with networks (Data Center, WAN, SD-WAN, Wifi, DNS/DHCP, Load Balancing) and network analytics.
