UCCE Engineer

This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record of installing and configuring UCCE components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient call flows, providing consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to UCCE components and deployments, and participating in solution design discussions and contributing to high-level architecture planning.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise components, excellent communication and presentation skills, and basic knowledge of UCCE component design and troubleshooting. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installation and Configuration: Install and configure UCCE components, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Call Flow Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient call flows that meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to UCCE components and deployments.
  • Solution Design and Planning: Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to high-level architecture planning.

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in installation and configuration of UCCE components.
  • Consulting Skills: Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Basics of UCCE Components: Basic knowledge of UCCE component design and troubleshooting.

  • High-Level Architecture Knowledge: High-level design understanding of UCCE architecture.
  • CVP Deployment Model: In-depth knowledge of CVP deployment model call flows.
