Ksworld Ventures is seeking a Store Experience Manager to drive the creation and implementation of visual merchandising strategies that engage customers and drive sales.

  • Develop and maintain visually appealing store displays that reflect the brand image and company standards.
  • Utilize design software such as Corel Draw and/or Photoshop to create and update visual merchandising assets, displays, and planograms.
  • Work closely with the inventory team and DM's to ensure accurate planograms based on stock levels and availability.
  • Coordinate with vendors to execute visual merchandising displays and campaigns effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in VM, with expertise in Corel Draw, planogram creation, and prior experience in airport retail, especially in India, is highly desirable.

A degree in Visual Merchandising, Art, Design, Fashion Design, Marketing specializing in VM, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
