We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Smartsheet Administrator. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building data-driven solutions, including dashboards, forms, and advanced reporting capabilities. To be successful in this position, you must have hands-on experience integrating Smartsheet with Jira and leveraging its advanced features to support business intelligence, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize Smartsheet dashboards and forms to provide actionable insights and streamline data collection.
  • Configure and manage Smartsheet-Jira integrations to ensure seamless project tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Smartsheet reports for analytics, KPIs, and executive-level visibility.
  • Administer and manage the Smartsheet platform, including users, groups, workspaces, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
  • Implement and manage automated workflows, notifications, and approvals within Smartsheet.
  • Ensure governance, security, and compliance best practices across Smartsheet environments.
  • Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet-Jira integrations (native connector or third-party tools) is required.
  • Ability to design advanced reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams is critical.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or advanced power user is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet automation, governance, and data management best practices is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in reporting, are essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
