Lead Product Designer - AI Solutions

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company by designing and releasing intuitive and powerful solutions that will empower both our internal teams and external users. As the Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design team and driving the design vision for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage in early client and presales discussions to shape design strategy, translating needs into actionable insights.
  • Establish and streamline design operations to improve to support scale, consistency, collaboration, efficiency, and quality across teams in a vision-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a track record of using data to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent relationship management skills working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and internal sales/consulting teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Previous experience working on AI-powered products and/or curiosity about the rapidly evolving landscape and its impact on design and user experience.
