Job Opportunity:

Experienced professionals are sought to lead SAP MM (Materials Management) implementations, rollouts, and support initiatives from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP MM, excellent project management skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams to deliver successful SAP projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, gap analysis, and propose SAP-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with functional and technical consultants across SAP modules.
  • Oversee testing, training, data migration, and documentation processes.
  • Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and compliance with internal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MM, with at least 3 years in a Project Management role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes, including procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and invoice verification.
  • Proven experience in leading SAP implementation or rollout projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
  • Exposure to global SAP deployments and localization requirements.
  • Ability to manage offshore/onsite delivery models.
