Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective paid search advertising strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.

You will:

  • Develop and execute paid search advertising strategies to drive business growth
  • Set up tracking for clients based on their goals using tools like Google Ads, GA, GA4, and GTM
  • Analyze user behavior and identify trends to optimize campaign performance
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns, ad groups, and ads that align with business goals and target audience
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 8+ years of experience within a digital performance agency responsible for delivering against performance targets
  • Previous experience with Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Previous experience with Paid Media (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
  • Certification as a PPC specialist or paid search specialist is beneficial
