The ideal candidate will be pursuing a career in finance or accounting and possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the finance team to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and build a strong foundation in a professional setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and generating client invoices
- Maintaining accurate records of billing and payment transactions
- Supporting daily bookkeeping activities, including journal entries and ledger updates
- Reconciling bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts
- Monitoring accounts receivable and payable
- Maintaining and updating financial documentation and databases
- Assisting the finance team with audits and monthly closing procedures
- E nsuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Key Skills and Qualifications- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or any accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
