About the Role

Seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to lead our debt raising efforts from financial institutions, alternative investment funds, banks, and other lenders. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end execution of fundraising transactions, managing existing lender compliances, reporting, and covenant tracking, as well as overseeing liquidity and investment portfolios.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with various internal stakeholders to close data requirements, compliances, risk, and legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising debt from financial institutions, AIFs, banks, and other lenders through term loans and debentures at competitive pricing.
  • Preparing comprehensive credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handling queries related to credit proposals for fundraising.
  • Coordinating end-to-end execution for fund-raising transactions.
  • Managing existing lender compliances, reporting, and covenant tracking.
  • Overseeing liquidity and investment portfolios.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a CA/MBA Finance degree and 6-7 years of experience in the NBFC or Fintech field. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in raising debt end-to-end, the ability to read and understand financial statements, and strong analytical and presentation skills.

The selected candidate will also have the capability to coordinate with different teams to fulfill requirements, understand core businesses, and pitch them to external stakeholders.
