Responsibilities

  • MPLS/Voice Solution implementation with customer and Partner/Vendor.\
  • Manage customer acceptance/project closure and service handover to assurance team.\
  • Manage customer feedback after project deliver for continuous service improvement and Customer delightment.\\

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in program management, preferably in the Telecommunications industry.\
  • A degree in Engineering or MBA (Telecom) preferred.\
  • PMP/Prince 2/ITIL certification preferred.\
  • Porting SME Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Data extraction and report generation, and Customer communication skills.\
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.\
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.\
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility.\\
