Senior Product Designer Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.

As a senior product designer, you will define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.

  • Design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes — that balance beauty and usability.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
  • Take initiative in setting high design standards and fostering good design practices within the company.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • A strong body of work showcasing both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma and relevant prototyping tools, as well as strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience designing for sports, entertainment, or online communities.
  • Skills in branding or creative storytelling.
