Job Description

We are seeking ambitious and enthusiastic internal audit professionals to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced environment delivering high-quality services to clients.

The role involves delivering internal audit engagements from planning through to execution and reporting, while liaising with engagement teams and end clients during the different phases. You will be agile and work across various subjects and projects/clients.

You will develop and review audit workpapers to ensure adherence to quality standards and benchmarks, engaging in process discussions with clients, conducting walkthroughs to identify risks and controls within their operations.

You will also identify and document governance or process gaps, offering actionable recommendations to enhance control effectiveness and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will perform substantive testing of internal controls and audit processes using data-driven methods, communicating risk findings to clients in a pragmatic and helpful manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong internal audit experience covering all key phases
  • Experience in evaluating and performing risk assessments at task and organization levels
  • Ability to manage and deliver against deadlines while working on multiple projects
  • Strong client handling and relationship management skills
  • Effective communication, written, and verbal skills
  • Experience in problem-solving and implementing solutions tailored to clients' needs
  • Understanding of audit concepts and regulations
  • Minimum 4-7 years' experience in relevant domains

Others

A bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, accounting, business administration, or equivalent is required for this role. A chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc.) or CIA/IIA certification is preferred. Relevant IT certifications (CISA) are also desirable.
