Technical Implementation Engineer

Are you a technical professional with experience in implementing world-class software as a service (SaaS) products? We are seeking a skilled Technical Implementation Engineer to join our team.

This role involves executing end-to-end implementation of the LeadSquared platform based on solution design, and working closely with customers to deliver solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end implementation of the LeadSquared platform based on solution design.
  • Design and implement integrations between the LeadSquared platform and customer's existing software ecosystem.
  • Execute data migration plans including cleansing, mapping, and validation of customer data and digital assets.
  • Configure the LeadSquared platform according to customer requirements and implement necessary customizations.
  • Manage multiple technical projects and implementations simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology.
  • Minimum 10+ years of mandatory experience in technical implementation of world-class SaaS products.
  • Experience with CRM implementations and system integrations preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment.
  • Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization.
  • Knowledge of database management, data migration, and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of SaaS application technical features and implementation challenges.
