Job Title: Architectural Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Design Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design and a strong understanding of architectural principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and detailed architectural and interior design solutions, applying expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations, design drawings, graphics, and renderings for client discussions and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the design team to deliver projects on time, meeting high-quality standards and design intent.
  • Participate in site coordination, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining design integrity.
  • Contribute as a proactive team player in a collaborative studio environment, fostering open communication and idea exchange.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in architecture and/or interior design, demonstrating a strong portfolio and skill set.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with ability to effectively communicate ideas and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for innovative design, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
