Job Title: Senior Learning Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Strategist to join our team at NAB Innovation Centre, India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning solutions that drive business outcomes.

Job Description:

The Senior Learning Strategist will play a key role in supporting the execution of NAB India's L&D strategies to ensure our colleagues are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. This includes:

  • Developing world-class learning interventions in accordance with NAB Group governance, processes, and standards.
  • IDentifying learning gaps and designing and enabling deployment of best L&D practices based on feedback and recommendations.
  • Measuring training impact/effectiveness of all training programs and taking countermeasures.
  • Delivering training sessions on behavioral competencies as per L&D strategy, including scheduling, launching learner surveys, etc.
  • Responsible for Learning Dashboard and driving automation wherever possible to track attendance, metrics, and generate program scorecards for participants.
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to plan program activities and ensure great learner experience.
  • Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of programs by collating program data, generating relevant insights, and communicating them.
  • Collaboration with broader NICI P&C function to ensure alignment across core P&C initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading mid-to-large-scale initiatives that execute against desired business outcomes.
  • End-to-end development and deployment of learning solutions catering for multi-modal delivery, including face-to-face and digital offerings.
  • Contemporary design practices including human-centered design and modern learner best practice approaches.
  • Learning-based strategic thinking and strategy development.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management contributing to the realization of strategic outcomes through learning solution development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Understanding of Learning and Development Strategy and methods.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices. Proficient in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience in project management and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to deliver multi-modal solutions that cater for modern learner best practice (digital, virtual, social, etc.).
  • Skilled in project delivery with the ability to set objectives, develop and manage project plans, manage risks, and evaluate success.
  • Adept in stakeholder management to engage senior stakeholders, understand their needs, and manage expectations.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.

Location:

This role is based in NAB Innovation Centre, India, and will require occasional travel to other locations within the country.
