Role Overview:

The role of Digital Marketing Manager involves strategizing, executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives for undergraduate products. This includes CUET, IPM, BBA and Law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across Meta & Google Ads to drive lead generation and optimize return on ad spend.
  • Allocate and optimize digital budget to maximize paid lead volume and minimize cost per lead.
  • Execute SEO and content marketing strategies to increase organic website traffic and grow annual lead pipelines.
  • Drive social media growth and engagement by managing cross-platform channels and creating impactful content.
  • Build and manage automated outreach and nurturing workflows using CRM platforms.
  • Take complete ownership for UG product segment and coordinate with different stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel communication campaigns via SMS, WhatsApp and Email, tracking and improving channel performance.
  • Collaborate closely with product, content and sales teams to streamline funnel management and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Proven expertise in Meta & Google Ads, SEO, content marketing and CRM-based lead management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging digital content.
  • Excellent communication, project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
