About This Role

As a senior manager of collaborative engineering teams, you will play a crucial role in shaping the way our global workforce connects and collaborates.

Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead a team focused on delivering workplace tools that enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Shape the roadmap, manage priorities, and foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture.
Operations & Service Excellence
  • Oversight incident and change management to ensure reliability, speed, and ease of use.
  • Implement improvements to reduce recurring problems and optimize collaboration services.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on shared goals and ensure high-quality service and secure solutions.
  • Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance and risk requirements are met.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of IT engineering experience with 4 years in a people leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Miro.
  • Experience leading infrastructure projects and supporting business-critical platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
