Looking for a dedicated professional to design and develop scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support HR processes in global organizations.

This role involves configuring and managing reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules. You will also be responsible for building and customizing data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

  • Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key skills required include:

  • BI Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Real-time dashboards & analytics
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data frameworks
