Frontend Engineering Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned frontend engineering leader to drive the design and implementation of our web applications.

As a Principal Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and technical direction of our products. With deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, strong knowledge of web performance optimization, and mastery of frontend architecture, you will lead the development of scalable, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of frontend architecture using React + TypeScript
  • Drive UI/UX excellence and front-end performance optimization across products
  • Set and enforce standards for maintainable, well-documented, and testable code
  • Utilize tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot throughout the SDLC

You will work closely with project managers to define deliverables and estimate timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of best practices.

Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, component design patterns, and state management
  • In-depth knowledge of APIs, HTTP, and REST architecture
  • Proficiency in performance tuning, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of frontend development experience, a proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready web applications, and an engineering degree in computer science.
