Project Manager for Interior Fitouts

We seek a seasoned project manager to oversee interior fitout projects.

  • At least 7 years of experience in managing interior design and construction works, including civil and MEP projects.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with reputable contracting companies, handling civil, structural, interior fitout, and MEP trades.
  • Proven expertise in structural engineering, particularly in the construction of warehouses, large metal skeletons/frame works, and load calculations.
  • Extensive experience in interior fit-out of high-end residential and commercial projects is essential.
  • MEP experience and knowledge are preferred.
  • Expertise in interpreting shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications to guide on-site activities accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills between design, project, production, and client teams.
  • Must have experience in creating project work schedules and handling daily business paper works, such as submittals and IRs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Project Management:
  • Proven track record in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good planner and communicator.
  • Experience in handling clients and coordinating between internal and external resources.
