IT Support Specialist

We seek an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced database queries to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve general technical troubles related to Oracle integration issues.
  • Configure and manage user access, roles, and privileges in MIS Oracle.
  • Collaborate with the Ecosys web-based application team with a deep understanding of its features.
  • Manage user access, roles, and privileges within the Ecosys web app.
  • Complete project setup, adjustments, and configurations in Ecosys.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle server software and related products.
  • Start and stop application services as needed.
  • Maintain communication with Hexagon USA counterparts for technical support.
  • Monitor database performance and adjust settings for optimal efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Oracle core database concepts.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Support is required.
  3. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
  4. Meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
