Senior Golang Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Golang developer to spearhead the development of high-quality, maintainable code that meets performance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Go, Micro-Services, and large-scale distributed storage systems. They will design, develop, and deploy scalable, efficient solutions that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Program Managers, Architects, Technical Leads, Teammates, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Participate in requirement discussions, design discussions, development of Microservices/components, issue fixing, prod debugging, brainstorming, and build POC's.
  • Contribute to self-testing, help automate the test cycle, and improve code coverage.
  • Demonstrate exemplary attitude towards owning tasks/modules throughout the development cycle.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Go, Micro-Services, and large-scale distributed storage systems (Cassandra/ScyllaDB, Redis).
  • Experience with DB abstraction layers like Hibernate or messaging services (Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ/JMS etc).
  • Familiarity with libraries like Gin-Gonic, Gorilla Mux, GORM, testify, and ECHO framework.
  • Knowledge of Golang concepts like Slices, Maps, Structs, Interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience in standing up Kubernetes platform and working with workloads inside Kubernetes environment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Go Lang (Minimum of 3+ Yrs).
  • Micro-Services.
  • MySql, NoSQL database (Cassandra/ScyllaDB/Druid/MongoDB), Redis.
  • Kafka or RabbitMQ.
