Business Central Expertise Sought

We're a prominent cloud consulting and IT service provider, specializing in cloud operations, cybersecurity, and managed services.

A dependable partner in the tech industry, we deliver high-quality services to clients globally.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Central Consultant located in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of implementation, support, and upgrade projects with ERP application skills and qualitative domain experience.

The successful candidate will have worked on various versions of NAV (NAV 2009, 2013, 2013 R2, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018) & Business Central (SaaS) and LS Retail.

A good understanding of C/AL & AL is also required.

The ideal candidate should have worked or have understanding on multiple new Implementations, Support, Upgrade projects in NAV as well as Business Central.

Additionally, strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to understand and implement LS Retail solutions
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the retail industry is advantageous
